We at CCC as FSSAI food license consultants advise our clients on their due compliance with the various regulations prescribed under the FSS Act such as packaging and labelling requirements. Packaging and labelling play a crucial role in ensuring food safety and informing consumers about the contents, ingredients, nutritional information, allergens, and other important details of the food product. FSSAI regulations mandate proper packaging and labelling to protect consumer health and promote informed choices. Non-compliance with packaging and labelling regulations under FSSAI may result in penalties, fines, or even legal action against the food business. Moreover, inadequate or incorrect labelling can mislead consumers, pose risks to their health, and harm the reputation of the brand.
